April Giveback Partner: ArtsBuild
Our April Giveback Partner is ArtsBuild!
ArtsBuild is a nonprofit focused on supporting local artists through grants, workshops, and programs that have played a pivotal role in shaping the Chattanooga art community. We are so excited to have them as our April Giveback Partner and to have their Giveback Day on April 24!
On that day, a percentage of our daily proceeds will go to supporting ArtsBuild, and this Giveback Day feels extra special because it will be right in the middle of Arts Week, a week-long celebration of local art through various events and activities organized by ArtsBuild and other great local organizations.

Bagel of Change Initiative - Food Insecurity:
The initiative for this quarter of the Bagel of Change program is Food Insecurity.
The goal of this initiative is to have a community fridge installed at the 12th and Peeples camp managed by Help Right Here Chattanooga, an organization that delivers survival support and housing assistance to those who need it most. To get a community fridge set up at the 12th and Peeples camp, we are also partnering with Chattanooga Community Fridge, a mutual aid group that creates and maintains community fridges in the Chattanooga area. Building this fridge will give the members of the 12th and Peeples camp community a supply of healthy and high-quality food and create a new space where donations can be made to help those experiencing food insecurity.
You can support the Bagel of Change Program by getting active with the groups involved.
Chattanooga Community Fridge is always looking for help with stocking its fridges with high-quality fresh foods. Make sure to follow them on Instagram to be alerted of their needs. Their fridges are located at:
-1918 Union Avenue
-3300 Brannon Avenue
Help Right Here also has many volunteering opportunities. Learn about those by clicking here!
